DAY 1 DUSHANBE-MARGEB

DAY 2 MARGEB - BIDEV - SHOVITA

DAY 3 SHOVITA- PISKON

DAY 4 PISKON - QIANSI

DAY 5 QIANSI- KIRYONTE

DAY 6 KIRYONTE - TABASPIN

DAY 7 TABASPIN

DAY 8 TABASPIN- LANGAR

DAY 9 LANGAR - VESHAB

DAY 10 VESHAB- ISTARAVSHAN

DAY 11 ISTARVSHAN- DUSHANBE

DAY 12 DUSHANBE

 

Day 1.Dushanbe – Margeb

Transfer from Dushanbe to Yagnob -Margeb village. Walking around village, meeting guide & porters. Lunch & Dinner at the homestay. Overnight at the homestay.

Day 2.Margheb – Bidev – Shovita

After breakfast trekking to Bidev – Shovita. In Yagnob it is still possible to hear the Sogdian language being spoken. Such a possibility will be in Bidev, which is located 22 km from Margheb. Although here are a further 22 km of finished road, it would be great joy to undertake the walk along the Yagnob River. The hiking will lead west along Yagnob Gorge, till Shovita, where the remains of an old mill could be found. The hike is not technically difficult. Breakfast at the homestay, Lunch – picnic, Dinner at the camp. Overnight: Camping

Day 3.Shovita- Piskon.

Passage along the Yagnob River and coming to the heart of Yagnob Gorge – the settlements of Pscon and Naumetcan. Hike to Pskan. We are in the heart of Yagnob Valley. It is supposed to be the core zone of the future ethnographical park, where no external impact is supposed to be allowed. Trekking distance 12km; approx 5 – 6hrs. The hike is not technically difficult. Breakfast at the camp. Lunch – picnic. Dinner at the homestay. Overnight at the homestay.

Day 4.Pskan- Qiansi

Hike to Qiansi village. Abandoned village. Breakfast at the homestay. Lunch – picnic. Dinner at the camp. Overnight: Camping

Day 5.Qiansi-Kiryonte

Hike and camp towards Tabaspin pass. Breakfast at the camp. Lunch – picnic. Dinner at the homestay. Overnight at Kiryonte homestay.

Day 6.Kiryonte- Tabaspin

Hike along the Yagnob valley. Camping on the foot of the Tabaspin Pass. Breakfast at the homestay. Lunch – picnic. Dinner at the camp. Overnight: camping

Day 7.Tabaspin

Hike over the Tabaspin pass (4040 m) and descend towards Zarafshan river. Breakfast & Dinner at the camp. Lunch – picnic. Overnight: Camping.

Day 8.Tabaspin- Langar

Hike along Tabaspin gorge and then by car to Langar. Breakfast at the camp. Lunch – picnic. Dinner at the homestay. Overnight : homestay.

Day 9.Langar Veshab

Transfer from Langar to Veshab by car. Breakfast & Dinner at the homestay. Lunch – pinic. Overnight: homestay.

Day 10.Veshab –Istaravshan

Transfer via Veshab Pass to Istravashan by car. City tour in Istaravshan. Breakfast at the homestay. Lunch at the local teahouse. Overnight in homestay.

Day 11.Istaravshan - Dushanbe

After breakfast driving to Dushanbe. This day you have enough time to visit to most famous sights of the city. Dushanbe would be a good final city . You can rest and enjoy this final day drinking some kinds of local beers. Overnight in hotel .

Day 12. Dushanbe - Home

After having your breakfast driving to the airport for departure. End of the tour.

 

Note: Maximum number of people in a group is 30. As much as your group size increases as more the price would be lower! Ask for the price for your group!
