DAY 1 DUSHANBE (730 – 950m)
Arrival at Dushanbe International Airport. You will be met by a guide and taken to the hotel, an early check-in is guaranteed upon arrival. You start sightseeing in the capital of Tajikistan - Dushanbe, which is the largest city in Tajikistan. It is not just a city here, at every step an amazing sight opens up before you, because each part of Dushanbe has its own shape.

DAY 2 DUSHANBE - ISKANDARKUL LAKE (165 km 3-4 hours, 2200m)
After breakfast at the hotel, departure through the Anzob pass (3372 m), Istiklol tunnel and along the Iskandardarya river to the Iskandarkul lake. The highway is paved and along the way you can enjoy the beauty of nature, mountain scenery and the smell of spices. Iskandarkul is one of the most beautiful lakes and has a wonderful panorama. The water in the lake is very cold and clear. It is located on the northern slopes of the Hissar Range in the Fann Mountains. Lunch in Iskandarkul. Also worth seeing is Snake Lake, Five Springs and, mostly, the Falls, which tourists called "Fann Niagara". Overnight and dinner at the base or in tents.
 

DAY 3 ISKANDARKUL - ALUDDA LAKES (230km-4-5h, 2770m)
In the morning, after breakfast, we leave for the Alauddin lakes. From the top of the pass, a beautiful panorama of the surrounding peaks and lakes opens up. Lunch on the lake. Further walk and short trekking around the lakes. The nature in this place is incredible.
Dinner at a local teahouse or campsite. Alaudin lakes are located at an altitude of 2770 m above sea level.
 

DAY 4 ALUDDIN LAKE - KULI-KALON LAKES (7km-4-5h2800m)
Donkeys arrive in the morning to carry the luggage. After breakfast and a brief briefing by the mountain guide, we start a 4-5 hour hike to the Kuli-Kalon lakes. Trekking around Kulikalon. Lunch in any beautiful scenery.
Today we acclimatize to the highlands and walk along the lakes. Explore every lake and maybe swim in some of them. Overnight at Lake Bibidzhanat in a double tent. I think if you set up camp on the shores of every Kulikalon lake, you will never want to leave this place.
 

DAY 5 KULI-KALON-CHUKURAK LAKES (5km-3-4h, 2455m)
After breakfast proceed to Chukurak lake. It will be 3-4 hours of trekking. Lunch at Lake Chukurak. The coastal side of Chukurak is a great place to camp. You can meet the local shepherd and the locals. Chukurak is a small lake, but there are two more lakes not far from it. Camping on Lake Chukurak, walk on the lake. Dinner at the campsite on the lake. In the Fann Mountains of Tajikistan, especially on the shores of Lake Chukurak, you will find yourself surrounded by high mountains covered with snow. Crystal clear azure lakes will make an indelible impression on you.
 

DAY 6 CHUKURAK LAKES - GUITAN VILLAGE (5km-3-4h, 1500m)
Today we pass through Gaitan Avuls to the village of Gaitan. In Avuls, you can get acquainted with the strange way of life of the locals. In Avuls people live seasonally, especially in summer. Lunch near Avuls. After that, descend to the village of Guitan. Accommodation in a traditional guest house. Dinner and overnight at the house.


DAY 7 GAYTAN VILLAGE - TOBASANG (5-6h, 3307m)
After breakfast at a traditional guesthouse, trekking continues along short and mountainous rivers to the Tobasang area. Lunch on the river bank or in a beautiful meadow. Camping in Tobasanga. Dinner and overnight camping here.


DAY 8 TOBASANG-HAFTKUL (3-4 hours, 2139 m)
After breakfast, early in the morning we start crossing the Tawasang pass (3307 m) through the village of Kyoglu to Lake Margzor. Lunch at a mountain spring. Descent to traditional home rest. Sightseeing around the lake. Dinner and overnight at the guest house.

DAY 9 MARGZOR LAKE - KHAZORCHASHMA - MARGZOR (18km-5h-,2400m)
After breakfast, you will make a short hike to the lake (18 km - 6 hours). Remember the color of each lake, because you will not see two identical lakes. Each of the lakes has its own shape and its own landscape around. Lunch at the lake. Return home, dinner and overnight at the house.


DAY 10 MARGZOR - NOFIN LAKE - RUKNOBOD VILLAGE (75 km - 2 hours, 1178 m)
Today after breakfast we will go along the path and lakes to Nofinskoe lake. This is the 4th lake from north to south. Lunch at the Tajik national restaurant. After lunch, a car will arrive and take you to the city of Penjikent along the rest of the lakes of the Seven Lakes. Overnight in Ruknobad, in a traditional house. For dinner, you will be greeted with a new national dish.
   

DAY 11 RUKNOBOD-VORU VILLAGE
After breakfast transfer to the village of Voru. This village is located at an altitude of more than 3000 m above sea level. His name is VORU. Also, the village is considered one of the oldest villages not only in Tajikistan, but also in Central Asia. But until now, the village has not been excavated by scientists to the depth. The main thing that strikes every visitor is the location of the houses. Voroo differs from other villages in its strange and varied traditions and cultures. It seems that this is a grandiose multi-storey building in the heart of skyscraper mountains. This is just WOW. Dinner at the guest house. Overnight at the guest house.
 

DAY 12 VOROU VILLAGE - KHUSHTARITA VALLEY
Breakfast. Today is the most interesting part of your journey! Hike to Hustartita Valley (3-4 hours). This area is known as a place of seasonal residence of local residents and represents the nomadic lifestyle of Tajiks. There is something more against Yurt here. It is called Kappa (yurt). People come here in the summer with their livestock. In addition to getting to know the nomadic life in Tajikistan, you will visit 2 more lakes, Kuli Nakhang (Shark Lake) and Kuli Murgabi (Duck Lake). Overnight in a yurt or in a tent near Nahang Lake (your choice).
 

DAY 13 KHUSHTARITA - PANJAKENT
Breakfast. Return to the village of Vor, and then a trip to Panjakent for sightseeing. Ancient Penjikent is located 1.5 km from the modern city. This Sogdian city was one of the best trading centers on the Silk Road. Near the ruins of the old city is the Museum of Finds of Ancient Penjikent. You can see 2 fire-worshipping Zoroastrian temples, markets, wall paintings and ceramic vassals. After visiting the central Muslim mosque of the city. To come here and not visit the main city bazaar is not smart.
Dinner at the hotel with the best food called "Palovi Panjakenti", overnight at the hotel.


DAY 14 Penjikent - JARTEPPA (25km-20min)
After breakfast, we continue sightseeing in the city of Penjikent. Then a trip to the settlement of Sarazm, which is over 5500 years old. The settlement of Sarazm was recognized and included in the UNESCO World Heritage List in 2010.
Other places you can see: Olim-dodkhokh Mosque (XVI century); Madrasah Olim-dodkhokh (XVI century); Minoret of the Olim-dodkhokh mosque (XVI century); the village of Sanzharshokh. Dinner at the hotel, overnight at the hotel. Lunch at the best national restaurant.
After lunch, departure to the Tajik-Uzbek border of Jarteppa for departure.
